2. What the workshops are

We provide advanced driver training: emergency braking practice, steering precision and controlled maneuvering on closed courses. This is supplementary skills training. It is not official licensing, state certification or a substitute for statutory driving tests, and no public authority endorses it.

3. Website use

You may browse and send enquiries for lawful personal purposes. Do not scrape, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access. Site content is not legal or road-safety advice.

4. Enquiries, price and booking

Before purchase we disclose training scope, total price, duration, dates and cancellation terms in writing. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations at least 48 hours before a session are rescheduled or refunded; later cancellations may be charged in full. See Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.

5. Advertising claims

Descriptions of braking, steering and maneuvering refer to training exercises, not guaranteed results, and follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.

6. Personal data and cookies

Enquiry and analytics data are processed on your informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies are set after consent per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.

7. Complaints

Email contact@pllixoria.com with your booking reference. We acknowledge within 3 business days and reply within 14 days. Unresolved consumer disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.
